I am very disappointed with customer service at Enchiladas y Mas. I ate there last night for the first time and the new cashier was having trouble running my credit card. When she asked for help from the other employees, they said, ""we didn't get any help when we started, we had to figure it out ourselves."" Well, today I realized that my credit card was charged twice. I called the restaurant to let them know and the manager ""Eva"" said that I had to bring a copy of my statement to the restaurant so they could verify it was charged twice before they would refund my card. Eva stated that there was no way for them to look at their credit card charges from the previous night until the end of the month when they receive their statement. I will just call my credit card company to dispute the charge and I probably won't be going back to this place. There are several Mexican food restaurants in the area to choose from and I don't think this one is anything special, especially with poor customer service.
