Once again they seem good and nice when you move in. But don't let them fool you. As soon as you sign the lease they quit caring. Management is unprofessional, rude, ignorant, and unhelpful. They do not care at all to make their residents happy. They basically treat you like the scum of the earth if you call in feeling that you should have a better quality of apartment for what you pay for rent.
Maintenance in the complex is atrocious. If they decide to actually complete your maintenance request (sometimes they suspiciously get lost) they don't fix things correctly and you have to continually call and get them fixed again.
I have lived in a number of apartment buildings and this one is by far the most stressful and poorly managed. They have no courtesy for the residents. I think they forget that if we didn't live there, they wouldn't have a salary. I am basically in tears everyday realizing where I am forced to live for another 6 months. It literally makes me miserable, and if I had the money to afford cutting my lease early, I would.
The place is going to crap, everything falling apart, that's why they're offering reduced rent for the time being. Don't be fooled. Don't get stuck living here
