LeBoeuf Rubbish Removal is off my list of service providers for good. I had an extremely upsetting conversation with their dispatcher when I called recently. I have also watched them empty the barrels and leave them on the road, not taking the time to return them to a safe place. \r
During the recent ice storm a pile of branches and debris were piled up at the end of my property, so I could not place the barrel directly at the end of the drive, but it was four feet from the mouth of the drive, off to the side. At 10am, when I found the trash had not been picked up, I called LeBoeuf. A dispatcher told me his employee would not walk that far to get the barrel, so they did not empty it. I told him I had moved it down as far as possible, and I have a disability which prevents me from getting out before the truck arrives. What I take offense to was that I was told to hire Social Services for my disability, or to pay the person who plows my driveway an extra five dollars to move the trash ba
