My shower was leaking into my family room and someone suggested them. The ""plumber"" arrived and took a look and gave me an estimate. Once he had a hole in my family room ceiling he came back to me and told me it would cost several hundred dollars more. I told him to go ahead, since I now had a hole in my ceiling. When the painter came to fix the hole he told me the pipe was installed too low and he couldn't fit a piece of plasterboard over the hole, so, great painter that he was, he found a way to install a thinner piece of plasterboard so he could patch up the hole. I'll never call Bishop Plumbing again since they were extremely expensive and not very professional. Common sense would tell you to install the pipe with enough clearance to be able to get a piece of plasterboard over the hole.
Pros: he arrived on time
Cons: did a shoddy job
