My last visit to lesschwab was a disaster, got two quotes for a KYB struts for my car, after a week I took my car there and they installed this really cheap brand I never heard of (Gabriel)When I got home I checked the new struts and I got really disappointed after driving the car awhile and after comparing the quote price and the one I paid for, they where the same.So I got really cheap brand struts and paid for the nice one, me and My wife have three cars and they will never be serviced by any lesschwab store.We are telling friends and family what they did to us so they can avoid this kind of situation.
