I was super thrilled at the whole idea of them using Organic products to clean the carpets that were safe for my family and my pet beagle. Miguel Polo is who cleaned our carpet and he was EXTREAMLY informative. He was on time to begin with! He was very polite, friendly, kind, respectful, fast paced and hardworking. He was also very sweet to our pet (Which most people are afraid of dogs). I felt like I could have left and went to the store and left this guy in my home all alone and feel confident about it! He held no information back and knew the answers to all of our questions. He talked to us about how to maintain a clean carpet, to avoid us from having to call them to clean over and over, like five times a year. He even broke down into a bit of chemistry, so we could get abetter understanding of how everything works. He told us where the product was from and just how safe it was. \r
I forgot how white my carpet was once I saw the ending results. \r
I will NEVER use any other company to clean my carpets or my client's carpets again. Carpet DryClean will be the ONLY Co. I recommend to anyone. \r
I also recommend Miguel Polo. He was super nice and I never felt like I had a complete stranger in my home. \r

Pros: On time, Fantastic cleaning job, friendly workers, smells great, can walk on carpet as soon as they finish the room with bare feet
