I've given this place three tries and have been extremely disappointed every time. I think the owners spent so much time and money making the place look gorgeous (it really is aesthetically pleasing) that they forgot they were in the restaurant business. I've never had a good cup of coffee here and they even screwed up my Chai. How hard is Chai? It's equal parts milk and Chai concentrate! Customer service here is non-existent.
