I too am quite disappointed with Barkbusters. Mr. Nelson does not have the proper equipment to do any kind of tree work. At first he didn't show claiming that he had hurt his back. Two weeks later, he finally shows. He had to contract out work for the removal of a few trees. I wouldn't recommend him. Try one of the other tree services along the shoreline.

Cons: NOT RELIABLE AS WELL AS NOT HAVING THE PROPER EQUIPMENT.
