I had my first tattoo experience at Tiger Lilly a few weeks ago and I made an appointment with Igor. He seemed very confident in his work and rightfully so! He did an amazing job and is an incredible artist. I am very satisfied with the tattoo that I got and when I get another one I will definitely go to Igor. Tiger Lilly has a fun, laidback, and comftorable feel to it and all the artists seemed like really cool creative people.
Pros: Great atmosphere and artists
Cons: Street parking only, but I did not have trouble finding a spot
