They shaved my Newfoundland, w/o my consent - after I asked for a trim. His undercoat grew back in summer, due to the shaving. His skin developed sores from the coat coming in so fast. Now we have to brush the undercoat out for a second time this spring. Many people have laughed out loud at our dog, some have asked if he is a standard poodle.\r

Absolute worst groomer to deal with - I hope they have to close their door soon.\r

No supervision of employees that obviously need it! I had to force a refund through my credit card company.
Cons: I've never seen such poor customer service, very rude.
