While I rarely make it to this part of town, a close friend of mine recommended this place to me as a good pre-theater venue. While my partner had come in contact with tickets to Hairspray, we found ourselves at this establishment last Sunday. From the moment we sat down the service was terrible. Furthermore, the waiter and manager made no effort to turn things around and the ""snowball"" effect was in full swing. We waited about twenty minutes for the waiter to take our order.In addition to his mishap, we also waited about twenty minutes for him to refill our beers. Once the food finally came the manager came over and quality checked before we had even started. She really asked ""How does the food look?"". Not too sure where they recruit their managers at this place but Macdonald's would be a more suitable environment for this women.
