I wasn't thrilled with my sofa-buying experience, but once I got one of the customer service people on the phone, they did everything they could to correct any errors and ensure that I was a happy and satisfied customer. They are a small company and mistakes unfortunately happen, but they really work hard to keep their customers smiling. More importantly, my new sofa is fabulous.
