When I took my car to Leifs it was almost completely totaled, which was really upsetting because it was a newer car. From the moment I walked into their lobby I felt at ease. Cindi the customer service girl was wonderful. We sat down together and went over the paperwork together, which I loved because when you have an accident you really don't know what to do or say. I was walked through everything, and Leifs was completely upfront with their responsibilities as well as my responsibilities. I received all the information regarding the repair and what was to be done with my car, as well as daily updates regarding the progress with my car. They handled everything with the insurance company, and let me know what I needed to collect from the insurance company as far as payment. Paying was as simple as signing over an insurance check. When thye say no hassels they mean no hassels. I couldn't believe when I got my car back how good it looked. I was very pleased with the repairs, it was definately ""pre-loss"" condition. Great place to take your vehicle.
