Arrgghh...wish I'd read the reviews before eating here. This place is really bad. I tried to think, ""what really makes a good dining experience?"" For me, it is the food, first. Well, this food was awful. Greasy, expensive and not authentic. Then comes service. That is where Cossetta's really fails I think. The staff seem to feel that they are there just to waste some time. The place is dirty, the staff joke with each other instead of helping the customer, and worst off all they act like the customer should be grateful to be eating there. If you ask me, it should be the other way around. I don't expect waiters to swoon over me, but there is some truth to good customer service. If you don't have customers, you do not have a business. Last, environment. This joint is dirty, loud, and crowded. And I don't mean it was full of people. The tables are jammed in next to each other and there is no where to walk. I almost dropped my food on someone's head while trying to navigate to a table, because I tripped on a chair. C'mon Cossettas! Can't you see what your customers are saying about you??
