The absolute worst customer service I have ever received. I made an 11:00am appointment the day before I brought my dog in to be groomed. When I went to drop my dog off . I asked the girl that was going to groom my dog how long it was going to be? She told me an hour and a half. I came back one hour and a half later and my dog was still sitting in the crate not touched. When I asked why he was not done she replied, it was because she had to go to lunch. I asked her, why then do people make an appointment if my dog can sit there for an hour and a half and still not be touched and that is when I was told he would be ready for pick up.?This was about the time a man yelled at me from a stool that he was sitting on and never even bothered to get up to speak to me. He yelled, with a nasty tone in his voice. Well ,what do you want us to do sometimes we get back up. This was right after the girl told me the reason that my dog was not even out of the crate yet was because she had to eat lunch. I told the man that I thought he was rude and that I will never return to this place again. That is when he pick my dog up and started walking back and forth with my dog because at that point he could not find my dog's leash. I told him to give me my dog that I was leaving. He then proceded to follow me out the door and made a rude comment to me which I did not understand. I have taken my dog there for over a year now but I will never go back again. The service is beyond deplorable.
