I have used these guys for years. We have recommended them to our friends and family for years too. We have all had great experiences. My low end washer just went out. I was debating on whether or not it was going to be cheaper to fix it or to replace it. The service rep was really kind and took time to explain all my options and let me make the decision based on what he told me. I'd recommend them to anyone. They have always been professional and I (as well as my friends and family) have always been pleased with their service.
