I'm almost in shock to read so many negative reviews on Top Gun. My husband and I went there for the first time last Sat. and had a wonderful experience, despite the hoodish surrounding (but what do you expect?? It?s in Factoria?) and limited parking spaces. The dim sun items are better than Noble Court (we?ve been going there for over 8 years), Santosa, and etc. The food was steaming hot and not as greasy as lots of other dim sum places. I also always order a stir-fry veggie dish to go with my brunch; the CNese broccoli was delicious- green and crispy. We will definitely go back there for dim sum again. The one flip-side thing I found is the staffs are a little slow-in-the-head, and I speak Chinese, so please beware of that fact and do some homework on Chinese food before you go there?
