I have my maintenance contract with this company. The rep that came out told me they installed the HVAC in my house. When I tried to use the air conditioner in the house, the heat came on. When I called the company for service, they denied that they installed the HVAC and told me they would send someone when they got around to it.
Pros: Not a single thing
Cons: Rude service techs, unprofessional, don't understand how to fix HVAC
