Drive thru line 12pm on a week day. I was told I could not do split payment at window had to park go inside and re order- was told rudely that was the drive thru ""guidelines"" which mind you are NOT posted anywhere on the menu outside or anywhere around the drive thru area. After putting my whole staffs lunch on my card( mind you only ONE sandwich was requested for separate payment). I was waiting for what seemed like eternity for my food. And upon arrival back to my work I was unable to even enjoy my food in a timely matter (not there fault) and upon opening my food and all others when i was ready to eat noticed i not only received NOTHING that I ordered but in fact was $2.50 more for each sandwich! That explains the $34.00 tab! I called as soon as I could and was placed on hold and then hung up on. Then called back passed to another man who said bring back my receipt and card and he would credit my meal (mind you one single meal). I arrived shortly after with my receipt and card and was told by the SAME rude man whom took my order that i needed to return the food and that he would issue no credit! I get it I ate it but i did not order and I was treated badly from the get go, so you would assume some form of customer service would step up and take care of the situation instead of throwing back my card and receipt and slamming the window down. I guess they are so wealthy that they do not need our business nor the recommendation to my customers on where to get a quick bite! I work less than two blocks away and neither I or any of my co-workers will ever step foot or wheel near there again!!!!!!!!!
Pros: If you get what you actually ordered it is good food
Cons: the worst customer service I have EVER encountered
