The units are small, overpriced, management is rude, the laundry room has many machines that don't work correctly and are not maintained, and they charge for garbage,water, and sewer. The utility bills (sewer, garbage, water) is around 90 bucks for an 830 square foot 2 bedroom 1 bath which is pretty ridiculous. You can get a 2 bedroom condo which is not that much more, and you might as well since this apartment complex charges for utilities. Good luck getting anything fixed.
