Extremely POOR service! We went to his store to upgrade our service and to add texting to our phone. HE FORGOT to add it to our contract. When we called verizon to let them know we had that feature put on our new account at his store, they called him to verify...he the owner BOB...told them we did not want texting and turned his offer down for this feature! Because of his error and scatterbrained actions we now have a bill of over 475.00 for texting 2 months unaware of his mistake. He knows he lied to the verizon company just to cover his own mistake.
Pros: not one thing
