I would not recomend this company to anyone. After cleaning our dryer, the dryer vibrated very loudly. They came out twice to look at the dryer but denied that they were the result of the malfunction even though it started vibrating immediatley after they serviced it. I then called centerpoint out and within 20 min. they had it fixed and the problem was a big chunk of lint that was blown under the drum the first time it was serviced. I called Resedential Heating to expain their responsibility and Renae( secretary) was extremley rude and I actually had to hang up on her because she wouldn't stop yelling at me - the customer. NEVER go through this company.
Pros: Serviced my house within a couple of days
Cons: Refused Responisibility for breaking my dryer and was very hostile to me
