We did nearly all our holiday shopping here; it was a hectic but fun trip. They did manage the Black Thursday crowd well, I'll give them that. However, they advertised that some free items were included with a major electronics purchase. They did not include the free items. We did not realize that until we were home. Later, my husband went back but they refused to honor their offer, and said it was ""only at the time of purchase."" We have been very good customers, but because of this we have decided not to return to this store. I'm also packing up and returning everything that is returnable. We've learned from this- It is much easier and cheaper to buy online, plus I have learned that online we can receive extras like free set-up. We really regret shopping here and will not do it again. If you decide to go to this store, watch them very carefully and make sure you are not cheated as we were. Be aware that they do not honor their advertisements.
Pros: Staff knew products & consulted each other as needed.
Cons: We were cheated. Beware.
