I?ve had a problem with anxiety and panic attacks for the last eight months. The focus of my panic attacks related to a perceived urgency to defecate. I didn?t really have to go to the restroom; it was just created in my head. It made me very uncomfortable at bars, concerts, and parties. If there were gorgeous women around I was even more uncomfortable. It was like an avalanche of all sorts of feelings and that was overwhelming. My stomach would end up in knots. I felt trapped in conversations and anxiously tried to get out of the situation because I was afraid of what might happen.I tried prescription medication to overcome the anxiety and they worked, but I don?t like to take pills so I thought I would look into other options. I noticed right away that it didn?t matter what the situation was, I felt better and more at ease. I?m definitely more relaxed and I?m sleeping a lot better now. I feel more freedom because I can actually enjoy myself and be more relaxed in social situations. I have more fun and feel confident because it doesn?t matter what situation I am in, I know that I don?t have to worry about anything happening. If I start to feel panicked, I am confident that I can talk myself out of it. I really liked the advice that Laura has given me and it has really helped. The advice and the CDs have been very beneficial to me. There have been so many benefits; it?s hard to sum up. I would recommend A New Day Hypnosis to anyone who suffers from panic attacks because it has been very helpful to me. I have the confidence, the relaxation, and I can control my thoughts.
