I chose Fair Oaks Estates because of the smaller facility and the more homey look than others, but when I met the administrator I was very impressed by her caring and compassionate attitude. This attitude has carried over to the staff. All the staff has been especially kind during a very difficult phase in my mother's life, and in my life also. Jen and Stephanie have been especially kind and loving. They indeed are very special women. Sometimes communication with my mother is difficult, especially on the bad days, but she always says that all the workers are very nice to her, and she likes the food.
