I have to write in to say I had a similar experience with an appointment being canceled last minute, and I showed up at the salon because I didn't get the message on my cell phone. But, our experiences after that were vastly different. They were so nice about the whole thing, and set me up for the following day at any time I could make it. Mistakes happen. I ended up seeing Louie (sp?), and he is GREAT. I have gotten many compliments on my cut, I love the color, and the cut is perfect for the texture of my hair.
