Elmer arrived on time and called before hand to confirm that he was on his way. He was polite and did a great job. I have used this company before and they do a good job. The stains go away and stay away. The best part is that the carpet is dry right away. No nasty wet carpet. The whole house smells fresh and clean. Thanks Elmer!
