My family and I just moved to the Houston area about six months ago. I have a Westie named Bono and a Retriever named Miles. We have checked out a number of different places to board our animals and none of them compare to the Pampered Pet Inn's charm. We have had to go on a number of last minute trips and the staff at the Inn is very helpful with getting our boarding needs met with short notice. We picked up our pets on Sunday afternoon and they were squeaky clean with a festive bandanna around their necks! The staff even washed Bono's bed for us at no extra charge! I was very pleased.
Pros: Good Prices, Flexible Scheduling, Friendly staff.
Cons: Older facility, Parking can be bad during really busy hours.
