This was a horrilbe experience. The staff is very incompetent inc office mgr. The 1st pair of glasses was bent from factory & had to reorder a new pair of glasses. So I had to wait. The 2nd pair was no better. Cheap frames! One girl had my frame adjusted crooked & was very obvious & argued with my husband. My husband had to prove his point against a straight object. I went back several times (almost every day) trying to get the glasses to work. My husband was absolutely fed up. Finally, I said I wanted my money back & I couldn't deal with this place anymore & had given them multiple chances! That was a big hassle. The office mgr took several weeks to turn in a reimbursement so I go somewhere else to get new glasses. My ins co couldn't do anything until they reversed it. It was the office mgr that took her time - not their main office. I called the main office & had to threaten them. I went for another eye exam at another place & learned that SVS had my left lens very st
