OK, so I have tried just about every program at this point and now wish I had not wasted my time on the others. Like many I have gone through the ups and downs of dieting. At Valens Wellness I finally have the tools to make it on my own.
I was started on a custom plan that allowed me to drop over 16lbs my first month and the weight kept coming off. I have not looked this good or felt this good in many years. My weekly doctors and dietitian visits along with group educational classes gave me the keys to keeping this weight off long term. I can?t thank them enough!!!
