Quality of the work is excellent but they promised the fence in 2-3 weeks and it has now been 8 weeks and I am still getting promises and excuses instead of the completed work. I am sure I will be happy with the results when it is all done but it has been a very disappointing experience from a service perspective. If I was going to work with Frankson again I would build performance guarantees into the contract so there would be a financial penalty for not completing the work when promised.
