Best Experience Ever 12/30/2010

I cant begin to tell you the joy we had after choosing this contractor . I have never put a fence in before and had to idea what to expect . From the super helpful and friendly salesman ( Rich ) to the expert installation , We had the perfect fence installation from start to finish . The crews showed up on time and was very helpful in explaining to me each step of the way , The Craftsmanship of the material was top notch and when the job was completed it was perfect . I have gotten nothing but compliments from my beautiful fence . I have even went as far as to recommend Frankson Fence to my neighbors and they have used them as well . Do yourself a favor and If you need a beautiful fence and a great experience , Call them . more

Stay clear.... 8/17/2010

While many promises were made, and ultimately the job was completed in a marginally satisfactory manner, it took over a dozen calls and four months for my very small job to be completed. This is by far the worst contractor I have ever dealt with - I spent an inordinate amount of time calling to follow up when they did not show, waiting for the sloppy worked to be re-done and then to top it all off, I got a collection call less then 4 days after the job was completed. I had to laugh. Stay clear of this company there are plenty of others to choose from. more

Excellent quality, HORRIBLE service! 7/26/2007

Quality of the work is excellent but they promised the fence in 2-3 weeks and it has now been 8 weeks and I am still getting promises and excuses instead of the completed work. I am sure I will be happy with the results when it is all done but it has been a very disappointing experience from a service perspective. If I was going to work with Frankson again I would build performance guarantees into the contract so there would be a financial penalty for not completing the work when promised. Pros: Quality of the work Cons: Delivered horribly late, routinely made promises they did not keep more
