With out a doubt, I had one of the most amazing Italian meals I have ever had while at Fiamma. GET THE SPAGHETTI!! You won't be disappointed. The description is: Fresh Cut Chitarra Spaghetti w/ Braised ?Kobe? Meatballs & Pomodoro....so simple, but one of the most flavorful things I have ever tasted...all of the ingredients combined just fit perfectly and exploded in my mouth.\r

I am usually not compelled enough to write reviews on this site too often, but I had to make an exception for Fiamma. I highly recommend checking this restaurant out next time you are in Vegas. Yes, it's pricy, but in my opinion, worth every penny.\r
