My parents dropped their three dogs off at this extremely noisy kennel and as a favor I offered to pick them up. When I arrived, all three dogs were sharing a small room with its own run. Now whether they spent their entire stay in that room or not, I don't know but that's where they were when I arrived. One of the dogs, with a sensitive disposition, had been sick with (a word that Citysearch won't let me use) that was caked and dried to her backside. The staff's response when questioned about it was ""Had we noticed we would have bathed her..."" How did they not notice that a dog had been sick especially when they were supposed to be walking the dogs on a leash daily (for an additional fee)!!! Also, a few dog toys were left behind by accident and instead of calling to let my parents know, they gave them to other kenneled dogs to play with.
