They will sell you the car, send you ""valued customer trade-in"" come-ons endlessly. Nice, brand new building (they must make decent profits) and work seems like it's well done. But that's on the surface. I had incomplete work done that led to excessive and accelerate wear. This all finally came to the surface during a routine maintenance service stop when lo and behold, I had to get new brakes after only 30000 miles. Not surprisingly, these were the exact same brakes that had the warranty work done on them.\r

When I tried to explain this correlation, I got nothing but excuses from the ""excuse bag"" which tries to take advantage of the customer's incomplete mechanical knowledge. But when the customer service manager tried to tell me that it's normal for the wheels to be hot after driving on the highway for 1-2hrs, I knew he was throwing nonsense my way.\r

More and more companies are not taking responsibility for incompetence and inadequate service work. And so it will be, my new vehicle will be a VW from another dealership or, more likely, another brand.\r

Pros: Nice new building, clean service area
Cons: Don't take responsibility for their work
