I had a horrible experience with the staff at this place. I wanted a contact lens exam. They charged me for both a contact lens and a spectacle exam. When I brought this to their attention, they said for first time customers both exams will be done even if the customer only asked for a contact lens exam. I said that they should have told me that before I went in for the exam, since I was a first time customer. They refused to acknowledge their mistake, were rude, and did not apologize. They asked me to call the 1-800 number to complain, to which I replied, I would. I just paid them $100 ($50 of which came out of my pocket) and I had to call the 1-800 number? They couldn't address/acknowledge your mistake?
Cons: rude staff, improper service, customer not informed about billing charges to expect in advance
