Jeff is the best reason to go to Hot Tops! I miss him all of the time and whenever I am home in TX I go to him for a haircut b/c I can't find anyone like him and I live in Manhattan! He is so unbelievably talented and the sweetest person ever. When the owner passed away things changed and not for the better but now things are back on track, there's new management and the atmosphere is much more professional! I love Hot Tops and worship Jeff!!
