We have been frequenting Solera for about a year. We are thoroughly addicted to the Sobrasada and anything with honey and cheese. We have always had good service there, but it is not the type of restaurant nor the type of food where you will be hovered over. Water is typically always full, the food comes quickly, yummy and hot, and the Berry Cuban (sort of like a Mojito) is amazing! The pace will be slower and the space quieter on a weeknight rather than on a Friday or Saturday night - and the food is just as good.
