I have never had a worse experience renting a washer and dryer for an apartment. I wanted to try a local company even though I have never had any problems with Azuma, but my experience was so bad that I ended up just going back to Azuma anyway because that is who my apartments recommended. The guy on the phone didn't even try to help me get my problem resolved, and when I called back after we hung up with a possible answer and left a message, I never even heard back from them. I can't imagine how they treat the people who have already signed a contract.
