All the local people in West Hollywood shop here --its a mainstay for many years and there is a reason why a local shop like this sticks around when giant pet food super stores are popping up all over. Whoever wrote that bad review previously has got to be working for the competition because that review couldn't be farther from the truth. The people are knowledgeable and helpful and never push you to buy stuff. The selection is great. I go out of my way to shop there knowing what I can expect in hospitality, economy and conscientiousness. They carry the best in all premium foods and products and they are as nice as can be.
