I hesitate to write such a glowing review b/c I fear the restaurant will become too popular. I went to dinner there this past Saturday night and it was fabulous. I have no idea what all of these bad reviews are about. I don't eat pork, so my options were limited. The beef ribs are so flavorful, the sweet potato fries are fresh and tender. My mother had the fried chicken and she thought it was the best she's tasted below 110th street. We both enjoyed the apple crisp, as well as the fried pear & cranberry pie. All of the food we tasted was not over powered or over-seasoned. All in all I have to add it to my guilty pleasures list!
