Having owned a number of Volkswagens over the years, and visited dozens of dealers I would probably rate this one the lowest in terms of customer service. \r

After many visits there does not seem to be a single one that I can recall without incident. Abrasive or generally unhelpful service staff seem to be the pattern. Staff do not seem to know very much about the terms of their own warranty items, or are unwilling to provide adequate information. Although their extended hours are helpful, its often difficult to get a service person on the phone, or messages are not returned.
