I saw Bouchon on the Travel Channel and wanted to check it out for myself. The food was absolutely delicious. We had the mussels and olives to start along with the freshly baked bread. I had the salmon which was in a fantastic red wine sauce and my sister had the sausage which she said was the best she ever tasted. I would definitely recommend this restaurant!
