The dispatcher was the only decent part of the experience as he gave me the least trouble. A man by the name of Erich came to ""help"" us and was one of the rudest, crankiest, most ill-mannered old men that I've ever had the displeasure of meeting. I would NEVER recommend this place to ANYONE. I have no intention of ever returning and hope to give everyone advance warning to take your business ANYWHERE else but here. Please, take my advice and pass it onto anyone who may find it useful. NEVER come here. Not even for an emergency.
