Had my spa appointment at Ruby Room, walked in and the front desk girls didn't even acknowledge I was there - they kept chatting away like it was a high school reunion. The owner walked up and pretended not to notice them as she checked me in. The expierence just went downhill from there. I was told to go sit in the ""lounge"" it was anything but relaxing, while I waited for over 20minutes, my treatment therapist was late, the selection of magazine and books were boring and the foot traffic was distracting. I felt as if the spa service was rushed and the room was cold. I would never go back.
Pros: There is nothing nice to say.
Cons: Parking and Service were Poor
