It is really loud and people are now hanging out drinking at the recreation area all night. Staff doesn't picking up the trash and some trashcans stayed full for weeks. Cabnets are falling off the walls but maintance never has time to fix them, kids ride their bikes and skateboard on the parking lot darting out in front of cars, the office says their is nothing they can do, that we just have to deal with it. We now have new management and it is getting worse, the dryers don't always work, the pool was closed for a month and had green water, trash still doesn't get picked up and they have taken many trashcans away so now there is trash on the ground, a lot of people are moving, we have a many empty apartments, yet they still want to raise the rent over $100 per month. The fitness center is a joke, all the equipment is broken and they say they won't fix them. The walls and ceilings are very thin, I hear everything my upstairs nieghbor does, when they take a shower or run the dishwasher I have to turn the sound up on my tv just to hear it. Not a good place, I wouldn't recommend this to any one.\r
