Ruth's Chris is a nice place to go but if you just want to go for the food, I suggest you going elsewhere. Their food is just average, something you can make at home. All I taste is mainly butter. The garlic mashed potatoes had no garlic taste, only butter. The food is good but not worth about $200 for 2. Like I said, for that price, you can get better and more food somewhere else. I also felt tricked because of the water. A waiter asked if we either want sparkling water or bottled water. We picked bottled water and when the bill came, that bottle of water was $8 (if I remembered right). I just assumed that is how Ruth's Chris serve water. Do not make the same mistake people. Another thing, when I made the reservations, they asked me if it was for a birthday, anniversary, etc. I told them that it was for a birthday but they didn't do anything special for us. Since they asked, I expected them to have a little something for the birthday guests but nothing. Everything's worth a try but I just hope that you won't regret it like how I do.
