superb job. and me (and my dog) could walk on the carpet immediately, so no down time. i was also able to stay in my house whle the job was being done, too. the only down side was that i had to air out my house for several hours, so i wish i had the job done on a cooler day. it might be a bit more costly than conventional carpet cleaning, but it was well worth the extra money. i hghly recommend them.
