Before meeting John, I thought I had tried everything. I stay pretty active and used to workout 5 times a week but I didnt ever see results. Its been a little over a month since I started with John. We do exercises Ive never seen before and the workout is always challenging. In a month, I gained 4 lbs of muscle and an inch on my biceps! John asked me about my goals when we started and he helps me plan both my nutrition and workout schedules to meet those goals. I train 2-3 times a week with John and couldnt be happier!
