The Hallways smell like a zoo and the dryers never work. Maybe one out of 24 tenants are kind to you. The floors, ceilings and walls are always loud with tenant expressions. Garages are never available. The mood of management seems unsure at times. Mail and packages are never secure. The one good thing I can say is if you have children there is a very nice playgroud and plenty of playmates. Have had to call police a few times.
Pros: Childrens fortress and easy to see from all buildings.
Cons: Dryers, management, loud tenants and unsecure mail (have had stolen packages)
